Heiwa Sushi is a family owned and run restaurant and delivery service that was started in 2000 in a small town on the Argentine shore. Six years later the family moved shop to Buenos Aires where they have been serving high quality, tasty sushi ever since. And boy are we glad they made the move!
Each piece of Heiwa sushi is made when you order it, so that it arrives fresh to your door, and all of Heiwa’s dishes are made with the best ingredients available. Their menu includes makisushi, nigirisushi, temaki, sashimi, and uramaki rolls, all made to order with different types of fish. You can enjoy fresh salmon, prawn, white fish, tuna, and even octopus sushi rolled together with salty seaweed, sticky white rice, and various extra ingredients. For 19 pesos try 5 pieces of the fruity tropical maki with crab, mango, avocado and Japanese cucumber, or 6 pieces of shake sashimi made with pink salmon for 22 pesos.
There are also several combination plates to choose from, which makes deciding between all the delicious options that much easier. Order a variety of rolls and makis for just 58 pesos for 20 pieces, or a special salmon combo with a New York roll, Philadelphia roll, Okinawa roll, salmon niguiri, dragon roll with mango and avocado, shake roll, and salmon sashimi for just 62 pesos for 20 pieces.
Heiwa also has several hot dishes, such as fried rice with seafood, grilled chicken, or mushrooms. You can also order yaki-soba, a delectable mixture of homemade noodles served with vegetables tofu, chicken, shrimp and salmon, or shiitake mushrooms for just 22 pesos. Other options such as sweet and sour chicken, salmon sautéed in miso sauce, and chicken and vegetable kebabs round out the heavenly Heiwa menu.
Each order comes with free chopsticks, soy sauce, wasabi, and gari, and dishes are packaged so that your meal arrives fresh and unblemished to your door. Heiwa is based in Barrio Norte, but will deliver all over the capital, from Nuñez to San Telmo, so there’s no reason for you not to order a piece of sushi heaven ASAP!
