Copa America (1-24 July)
First of all, you have certainly heard of Copa America which is the most important international football competition organized by CONMEBOL (The South American Football Confederation). This year Argentina is the host country, from July the 1st until the 24th, the tournament will be held in eight different cities. La Rural Expo (14-26 July)
Besides football, there’s La Rural! It’s the nation’s most important farm fair, where farmers show their best animals and others show the most recent technologies for agriculture and of course shows are held with amazing folklore dancers and animals doing incredible things.
Buenos Aires Children’s Book Fair (11- 30 July)
Parents and children will also have their share of the cake with Buenos Aires Children’s Book Fair starting on July the 11th and lasting for three weeks. The Buenos Aires Children’s Book Fair is children’s wonder world, with books every where and story tellers to keep children entertained. Besides a theatre and puppet shows, magic and circus acts, children are not close to getting bored.
Classic Art Fair (13-18 July)
For art lovers, the Classic Art Fair is a must see! Once a year, this show is held by more than 80 national and international galleries in Centro Costa Salguero exhibition centre. Classic and modern art works are exposed, a cultural and a commercial event that attracts many visitors each year!
